The Manasquan Municipal Court is located at 201 East Main Street. The courthouse is located on the second floor, directly above the police station. It is open from 8:30 am to 4pm Monday through Friday. The Honorable Paul J. Capotorto is the presiding judge. Ronald Sage is the prosecutor and Marie Higgins is the court administrator. This court will preside over all traffic violations, disorderly persons, petty disorderly persons offenses as well as all ordinances that occur within the borough.
