What Criminal Charges are Heard in the Hopewell Municipal Court?

Judge Haley will preside over all disorderly persons, petty disorderly persons, township ordinances and traffic offenses, including DUI’s that happen in Hopewell Township. Disorderly persons offenses are New Jersey’s versions of misdemeanors.
